OyOCycle's helpful information on your order status:

Order Tracking Numbers

We will send you a tracking number when your order ships, so you can easily track your package(s) from the factory to your door. You can also retrieve a tracking number when you check your Order Status. If a tracking number is available, it will show in the tracking page. Each tracking number is updated package status. A tracking number may not be available for your order if the item has not shipped yet, is still being made in factory.

Changing/ Canceling an Order

Before your order has been placed

If you have not yet hit the "Place Order" button during checkout, you can easily make changes in the shopping cart. You can add items, remove items, and change the quantities of the products instantly - all before entering your purchasing information.

After your order has been placed

If your order has not been placed with the manufacturer or arrange to factory, you may be able to change your order after you have hit the "Place Order" button. To do so, please contact us ASAP.

Cancelling a processed order

If your order has already been processed and submitted to our manufacturer/factory center.

**Contacting us again during this 48-hour period will slow our ability to process your cancellation. We thank you in advance for your patience. For custom-made items like Fairing, if your order exceed 48-hour period that will charge your 20% cancellation fee.

Has my order shipped?

Finding out if your order has shipped is easy! All you have to do is check the Order Status Page. Enter your email address, order number and billing last name to see if your order has shipped. Our order status page will also show your order tracking number(s), if available. Forgot your password? No problem! Just click the password link on the order status page, enter your email address, and we'll send your password to that address within 10 minutes.

How do I track my order?

You can track your order quickly and easily from our Order Status Page . If a tracking number is available, it will show in the "shipping status" column. Each tracking number is linked to the shipper's website for updated package status and an estimated delivery date. A tracking number may not be available for your order if the item has not shipped yet, is still being made in factory.

Will I receive a tracking number for my order?

Most OyOCycle orders are assigned a tracking number when the item(s) ship. Normally need 2-5 working days to show on tracking website.

How long will it take for my items to arrive?

Because shipping times may differ from different shipping country. You can through click the "Estimated Delivery Time" from item page.
